Old-Fashioned Entertainment...And the 80s

Last night Jason and I started a puzzle, but we got started late due to laundry and lawn mowing (we drove back from Boise yesterday, you will recall), so we didn't quite finish it before I had to get to bed. So we finished it tonight...and it took two hours to do the last 3rd of the puzzle. See all that hay behind the cow? Yeah, that was NOT easy. That's just about all we did on the puzzle tonight. The puzzle is called "Clothesline Chaos."

Once we finished, Jason decided to pop in a movie. He'd just gotten a couple through Summit (an inter-library loan system in the Pacific Northwest). It's an 80s movie, because he recently went on a kick to watch some 80s flicks. The one we watched tonight was called "Sixteen Candles" and it was...well...dumb. But, as Jason pointed out, I would've liked it as a 16-year-old girl.

  1. Hmmm, never heard of this movie but Jason is probably right; you would've enjoyed it more if you were 16 or close to it.
