The snow turned to rain last night and then froze to everything. This is the passenger side window of our car today. And that is NOT the window. The window is rolled down, as you can see in the bottom right-hand corner of the window. This is part of the giant sheet of ice that froze to our car. Needless to say I did NOT go to work today. I worked from home, which I sincerely enjoyed. But I wouldn't want this to continue for more than a day or two. Here are a couple other pictures of this crazy ice world.Tuesday, December 15, 2009

That makes the world sparkle and is pretty, as long as you do not have to travel very far in it.
ReplyDeleteI remember when we had ice storms like that when I was a teenager living in Ohio. Several times I actually put my ice skates on and skated down the sidewalk. Just as good as any ice rink. It was great fun.
