Ready to Go

Tonight Damie and I went walking (we're going to do that three nights a week now, while Jason is in wind symphony) and while Kayla and I waited for Damie and Ryann to come outside, we played a little game where Kayla was cute and I took pictures with my phone. It was an easy game. I sent this one to Daddy who was in rehearsal. I walked just over two miles; Damie walked to Wal-Mart, making her walk just under 1 3/4 miles, unless she also walked back, which I don't know. In which case she walked quite a bit more. I'm excited about walking in College Place again. I've missed it.

    I did walk back! Boo-ya for 3.5 miles with a stroller full of groceries on the way back!

    Really? Wow! I saw Jared driving the direction we'd walked when I was headed back to your place, so I thought maybe he was going to pick you (and the groceries) up. What a meanie. LOL!

    Walking is excellent exercise and a great way to enjoy the fresh air and God's creation. I remember when you were about 4 years old, I put Rachel in the stroller and you and I walked to the grocery store, which was 2 miles away. We stopped at a sandwich shop and had lunch and then walked home with a stroller full of groceries. It was great exercise and, of course, you got tired and I had to put you in the stroller with Rachel.
