This is Jason multi-tasking. He's making dinner while talking to his sister on the phone. I was impressed...dinner was delicious! He made Mexican Lasagna, which is probably one of my new favourites. In the pan there is shredded meatless chicken and black beans. That was mixed with corn, onions, tomatoes, and tomato sauce, and layered with flour tortillas similar to Italian lasagna. Mmmm!
