This afternoon Dad decided he wanted to go take pictures of the buildings on the WWU campus. So we loaded up and headed into College Place with our cameras. As we were passing the men's dorm, the wife of one of the deans, who we knew in high school, spotted us and came to see Kayla. She didn't know we'd had a baby, and she was excited to see her...and introduce her to Sophie, her little dog.
Around the same time we ran into Ted and Heather, who were out walking with their daughter, Veronica. We hadn't met Veronica yet, and she's 9 months old! Sophie and Veronica became fast friends.
